Step02
A first route within one working day
Your planner sends a day-by-day route with named hotels and room categories, drive times and an indicative price per person. It is a draft to react to.
Step03
We refine it together
Change the pace, swap a hotel, add a safari, drop a long drive. We revise until it is right, then send an itemised written quote.
Step04
You book with a deposit
A [25]% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due [45] days before departure. We confirm every hotel, car, guide and permit in writing. See payments and refunds and cancellations.

On the road, a message away
Your planner stays with your journey while you travel. A driver meets you at arrival, guides meet you at each site, and changes are handled while you are there.

Before you book
What does Tales of Luxury do?
We plan private, high-end journeys in seven lands only: Nepal, Rajasthan, Ladakh, North East India, Kerala, Goa, and Uttar Pradesh with Bihar. Each journey is built for one party, with a private car and driver, specialist guides and hotels we choose room by room.
Are your prices fixed?
No. Prices on the site are indicative 'from' prices in INR per person, twin sharing, at the hotels named. The final price depends on dates, room categories and availability. We send a written quote with every line itemised before you pay anything.
Can you change a journey on the site?
Yes, and most clients do. The journeys on the site are starting points that show what works. We change hotels, add nights, swap places and combine regions, then send a new day-by-day plan.
Do you combine regions, like Rajasthan with Kerala?
Yes. Domestic flights link most of our regions within a day. Common pairs are Rajasthan with UP for the Taj Mahal, Kerala with Goa along the coast, and Nepal with UP and Bihar for the Buddhist sites.
How far ahead should we book?
For October to March in Rajasthan, Kerala and Goa, three to six months ahead is safer for the best rooms. Festival dates, luxury trains and tiger safari permits can sell out earlier. Ladakh's summer and Nepal's October fill quickly too.
Who will we deal with?
One planner handles your journey from the first call to the last transfer and is reachable on WhatsApp while you travel. On the ground, our drivers and guides are people we have worked with on the same routes.
