Treatment that follows a doctor's plan
Ayurveda in Kerala runs from spa menus to full residential programmes with daily consultations, diet and treatments. The monsoon months, June to August, are traditionally preferred for treatment and are quieter and better value.
Programmes work best at a minimum of 7 nights, and panchakarma usually needs 14 to 21. We tell you plainly which retreats are medical and which are spa-led.
