Is May a good time to visit Goa?
May is the hottest and most humid month, with pre-monsoon clouds building late in the month. Many beach shacks close at the end of May, and water sports stop for the season. We do not recommend May for a first visit, though resort rates are at their lowest and the mangoes are excellent.
